Learn: How to sync Facebook leads to a Google Sheet

Do you love managing your Facebook leads using Google Sheets? You can create real-time lead sync with Google Sheets using Leadzpipe.


Follow the below-given steps to set up real-time lead sync between Facebook Lead ads and Google Sheets using Leadzpipe-


Step 1: Login / Sign up for Leadzpipe.


Step 2: In order to establish lead sync, you'll need to create a pipe. Click 'Create Pipe' in the top right corner.



Step 3: Click the 'Create' button under Facebook Lead form to set up lead sync.



Step 4: Click 'Connect a Facebook Account' to connect the Facebook account from which you are running your lead generation campaigns.



Step 5: Select the Page through which you are running the Lead Generation Ad, then choose a Form that is attached to that ad and lastly give your pipe a unique name. [ For eg: Facebook Lead Form 1}



Step 6: Check if your Facebook Lead Form fields match Leadzpipe fields. Here, you can set a custom field name for the leads which will be synced to Leadzpipe.



Step 7: Select a tag or create a new one for the leads that will be synced through this pipe. A tag helps you organize your leads. When you are running multiple campaigns with the same objective, a uniform tag will help you bring all those campaigns under one roof.


After selecting a tag, you'll need to name the pipe. A pipe name should ideally be the campaign name.



Step 8: Select Google Sheets as the destination.

Step 9: Select your Google account to sync the Google sheet



Step 10: Select the spreadsheet to which you want to send your leads



Step 11: Match the Leadzpipe and Facebook Form Fields with the columns of your Google spreadsheet



Step 11: Now, in order to check the integration, click 'Test Connection'



Step 12: Enter data for testing



Step 13: Check the test lead data in the Google sheet which you have integrated



Step 14: Go back to Leadzpipe and click 'Next'



Step 15:  Select the lead recipients. Here, you can add multiple email ids to which the leads will be sent in real-time.


Lastly, before you click 'Finish' you'll need to select a welcome e-mail. 

If you have already created welcome email templates, you can select one from the drop-down menu and if you haven't, you can just type a welcome e-mail and save it. After that, all you need to do is click the 'Finish' button, and voila! You have created a pipe and all your leads will be synced in real-time and will receive instant welcome e-mails.
